ELECTION OF OFFICERS

Jason nominated Jim for president, seconded. Ron nominated

Stacey, seconded. Stacey was elected president.

Jason was elected as vice president.

Ron was elected as secretary.

Kelly was elected as treasurer.

BOARD APPOINTMENTS

For the up coming tournament 0n September 18 Stephen will contact

sponsors and Jim will assist.

Jim will be in charge of food and beverages.

Robert in charge of contacting players aand sending emails.

Auction will belong to Tracey.

Reception table Ron, Kelly and Stephen.

CLINICS

Chris Says there have been two, one at Boot and one at Bird.

The Hill Country Challenge has only three participants: Bird Boot and

Riverhill.

Jason purchased 13 shirts for Fredericksburg participants. Kelly will

cover the expense.

There was a discussion of how much to charge for participation in

these tourneys. It was settled to charge $100 each child and the

money will be paid to Caleb for his participation and labor. So moved

by Jason, seconded by Stacey. Approved.

It was also moved by Stacey and seconded by Jason to approve up to

$5,000 for replacement clubs for Bird and Boot and to reduce

movement of clubs between sites.
