The Board of Directors are elected by the General Membership of the Junior Golf Foundation.
The Board members will elect Officers who will then lead the Board meetings and with the other Board Members assume all the responsibilities and authority for operating the Junior Golf Foundation.

The property and business of the corporation shall be controlled and managed by the Board of Directors; however, the Board may delegate duties to the Officers of the Corporation to the full extent allowed by law.
