CALL TO ORDER: Meeting called to order at 5:28 at Lady Bird Golf Club House

PRESENT: Leonard Bentch, Ron Moerbe, Jim Penn, Brian Fairchild, Adam Starr, Keri Hensley, Bruce Reeh, Eric Zey, Stacey Colvin, Shane Schmidt.

MINUTES: The minutes of the August 10 meeting were accepted as electronically submitted.

Silent auction:

Motion by Bruce seconded by Stacey to not allow weapons for online auction. Weapons will be available only for in person silent auction so that the licensed weapon seller will be present to fulfill registration and background check requirements.

NEW BUSINESS

IRS:

The IRS has now recognized our name change. We are now officially “JUNIOR GOLF FOUNDATION OF FREDERICKSBURG.
