CALL TO ORDER: At 5:34, Cardinal Room, Lady Bird Club House

PRESENT: Jim Penn, Adam Starr, Stacey Colvin, Bruce Reeh, Jason and Keri Hensley.

MINUTES: The minutes of the June 22 meeting were accepted as corrected and electronically submitted.

FINANCIAL REPORT:

May 31st Balance: $156,814.55

June Sources of Funds: $4,650.00

June Use of Funds: ($1,174.00)

June 30th Balance: $160,290.55

CLINICS

No update.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Drive, Chip, Putt Competition:

Event will be held on August 20 at 10 AM at Lady Bird Golf Course. It is open to boys and girls ages 7-15. We will send out emails asking for volunteers to assist with Friday set up and Saturday marshalling and management of competition.

FIFTH ANNUAL FUNDRAISER

Sponsors: Emailed “Call for Sponsors” on July 19th to 150 perspective sponsors and donors. As of this meeting, we 5 Diamond level sponsors, 1 Gold and 1 Silver level sponsor. We are off to a great start.

Teams: We will email the player registration next week. We are already getting inquiries about it so expect a good response this year.

Prizes: We are looking for prizes that symbolize of “wood” anniversary theme. Chris Meade has committed a Mizuno Driver.
