Called to order 5:33 with Jim Penn, Bruce Reeh, Ron Moerbe, Chris Meade, Eric Zey, Adam Starr, Jason and Keri Hensley, telephonically connected.

Minutes approved electronically.

CLINICS

Chris informed us that the Free Clinics have been well attended at both Lady Bird and Boot Ranch. The next two clinics at Lady Bird will be on 9th and 30th of July and at Boot will be on 15th and 22nd of July. Moving forward the Free Clinics at Lady Bird will be held first followed by a break and then US Kids Pathway Program will be taught. The scenario is reversed at Boot.

Chris requested we buy 18 new US Kids Pathway Program kits for levels 4-6 for approximately $900. Eric so moved and Jim seconded. It passed without comment.

FUNDRAISER

Jim presented the Sept. 19th tournament list of things to do:

Teams: solicit past teams

Sponsors: Jim is sending a list of past sponsors so we can add on and he will consolidate

Prizes: We need to start contacting businesses that gave prizes last year - Jim will send list. Chris is going to donate a Mizuno driver.

Silent auction: Group discussed the need to control the number of items offered and ensure each item has an appropriate starting bid. Chris has a signed Dak Prescott jersey

Food: Boot Ranch will provide the food

Beverages: Keg One will provide the beer. Will ask Iron Goat to participate

A new sponsor level was introduced. The new level is Diamond which provides a $1,500+ donor a golf hole flag that has the Foundation Logo, sponsor name and years of support. The sponsor will also get a commemorative flag with Foundation Logo and sponsor name that is appropriate for framing. The purchase price for 36 flags (2/hole) is $1,800. Motion to buy flags with Foundation logo was made by Jason and seconded by Bruce. It passed without comment.
